Appointment Policy

Punctuality is key to maximizing your treatment experience. While we strive to accommodate your full session within the scheduled time slot, arriving late by more than 10 minutes may necessitate rescheduling. For a detailed understanding of fees, please refer to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

At Element Body Lab, we’ve put in place 72-hour Cancellation/No-Show Policy to ensure that appointments run smoothly and to honor the time of our dedicated providers. If you happen to miss or cancel within 72 hours, we’ll need to charge the following fees to your credit card:

For CoolSculpting Elite Appointments:

• All CoolSculpting Elite Reservations: $200

For CoolTone Appointments:

• Each CoolTone Area: $100

For Consultation Appointments: $25

If you miss or cancel three times, we kindly ask you to prepay in full for future appointments at the time of booking. Any prepaid amounts are nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If you reschedule before the 72-hour mark, we’ll credit that amount for future visits.

We deeply value our providers’ time, as they’re often booked weeks to months in advance, and our appointment slots fill up quickly. Last-minute cancellations make it challenging for us to accommodate other clients. We genuinely appreciate your understanding of our policy, as it enables us to maintain our commitment to providing exceptional service while respecting our team members’ time.

By scheduling an appointment with us, you’re agreeing to abide by our cancellation/no-show policy.

 

 

Refund Policy

We want to ensure transparency regarding our refund policy:

For Services:

• We don’t provide refunds for services already rendered. Results vary from person to person, and while we strive for optimal outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments required to achieve their desired results.

For Retail:

• We don’t offer refunds on retail products. However, defective products may be exchanged for the same product within 14 days of purchase.

Gift Certificates:

• All gift certificate purchases are final, and refunds are not available.

For CoolSculpting Elite Plans:

• Our Essentials and Unlimited Plans are non-refundable and non-transferrable. The Essentials Plan allows for treatments over 90 days, while the Unlimited Plan extends to 120 days. Treatments under these plans are only valid for the same area and location where they were purchased. All treatments must be completed within the specified timeframe and location. Plan extensions of 30 days are available for an additional fee.

 

 

Children and Pets Policy

At Element Body Lab, we adore children and pets, but to maintain a serene and safe environment for all clients, we kindly request that you arrange childcare for your little ones before your appointment. Similarly, while we cherish furry companions, we ask that you refrain from bringing your pets to our facility during your visit.

If you find yourself unable to secure childcare or pet care and need to bring them along, please reach out to our office in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved.
