Gift Card Terms & Restrictions

 

Protect your gift card like cash.

Gift cards may be used as a gift certificates and may be purchased for any amount as a prepaid card.You may purchase any amount of value, which will be entered on the card and into our computer system. It may then be used for any purchases at Element Body Lab until the balance has been depleted.

At any time, a gift card may be replenished and used repeatedly.

Gift card contains a value which may only be used to purchase goods and services at Element Body Lab – the Dallas CoolSculpting Locations. Present the card to an associate at the time of purchase and amounts will be deducted from the card balance.

Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may not be redeemed for cash. Use of Element Body Lab gift cards constitute acceptance of the card terms and conditions. This card may be redeemed at all Element Body Lab locations.
