The building is called 8330 Pecan Creek, and it’s the last building on the corner of Rambler and Meadow. The street numbers can seem out of order. CANCELLATION POLICY: Rescheduled/Cancelled CoolSculpting appointments within 3 days will be charged a $200 non-refundable cancellation fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your treatment, we will try to work you in depending on the schedule capacity OR you may be offered a different provider with an opening; there is a $200 charge if you miss your appointment, or are late and we are unable to accommodate a later time. We know that life happens & will do our best to work with you.

pre-treatment instructions: coolsculpting elite
All instructions for treatment are sent via email from our booking software. Here’s some helpful advice…
Leading up to your session, drink plenty of water! Please wear solid, black undergarments on treatment day and a comfortable outfit for your time with us. Bring something to occupy your time – a book, podcast & air pods, an iPad, or something to work on. If you plan to work out on the day of your treatment, please do so after the appointment, not before.
If we’re treating an area with body hair, please trim the hair to less than 1/4 inch in length. Avoid a fresh shave on treatment day as that can lead to mild discomfort and itchiness as you recover.
Review the consent form prior to treatment day and call or text our team with any questions or concerns. Find a link to all of our pre and post treatment instructions and best practices here.
Medical Evaluation – For all NEW clients, if it’s been over a year since your initial medical evaluation, OR if you’ve had any major change in medical history, you’ll need to complete a Good Faith Exam with SpaKinect prior to your session. If this is required, you’ll receive an email from SpaKinect to coordinate this appointment. We recommend completing this prior to treatment day to avoid any issues or delays. The medical evaluation is done via telehealth and usually only takes 5-10 minutes. This doesn’t require a pre-scheduled appointment and can be completed Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm. This is only required 1x per year, or if there are any major changes in medical history. There is no cost to you for this evaluation, it’s just part of the consultation journey prior to treatment with our team.

pre-treatment instructions: cooltone
All instructions for treatment are sent via email from our booking software. Here’s some helpful advice…
Leading up to your session, drink plenty of water! We suggest wearing thin, cotton clothing (like a tank top and leggings or shorts) that are free from ANY metal. NOTE: some yoga pants use a metal mesh fiber. If they are labeled as antimicrobial, then they may contain silver. When you arrive, you’ll be asked to remove all metallic accessories including jewelry, piercings, clothes with metallic buttons or threads, smart watches, cell phones, and any other electronics prior to starting treatment. We will provide a basket to put all of these items in your treatment room.
We recommend scheduling CoolTone in a series, performed 1-3x per week, with a minimum of 48 hours between treatments for a total of 6-12 sessions over 3-4 weeks (depending on your goals). Usually, it’s ideal for clients to schedule treatments on the same day/time each week for the series. NOTE: You cannot have CoolTone while menstruating, so schedule your 1st session at the very end of your period.
