Dr. Dauwe is the board-certified plastic surgeon who serves as the Medical Director for Element Body Lab. Dr. Dauwe performs and/or oversees a wide range of surgical and nonsurgical procedures for the breast, body, and face. Education and Training
Dr. Dauwe was born and raised in the heart of Dallas, Texas and studied at Jesuit College Prep and Southern Methodist University. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, at the top of his class in the honors business program. He then attended University of Texas Southwestern for his 4 years of medical school and 6 years of plastic surgery residency. Dr. Dauwe was then selected for the University of Southern California aesthetic surgery fellowship, where he studied advanced techniques in aesthetics with pioneers in the industry.
Dr. Dauwe is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, having undergone many years of training. As a board-certified surgeon, Dr. Dauwe is held to the highest standards when it comes to skill, ethics, knowledge, patient safety, and clinical judgment, all of which are key factors in producing highly effective outcomes and happy patients.
Dr. Dauwe realized very early in his educational career that plastic surgery was his life’s mission.
